We utilize biological assays and computational models to identify novel biological pathways, new host-pathogen interactions and regulatory RNAs (e.g. enhancer RNAs and circular RNAs) that could trigger disease. We are exploiting single cell and bulkhigh throughput sequencing data (e.g. RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq, Hi-C ) using machine learning tools to guide experiments.
